Each team (eg. Customer Satisfaction) owns one or more input sheets where key data is entered (manual input/ auto-upload/ API upload/ webform capture). These sheets are used to drive localised dashboards (eg. for team mangers) and to facilitate overall operations management.
The solution is available as a packaged WorkApp with pre-defined persona roles for senior management, functional management and team leaders across the organisation. This allows managers at all levels to be presented with the information they specifically need to work with in an easy and intuitive interface.

Contact PPS to access a limited trial and thereafter, we will share the solution with you via Smartsheet whereby you can take ownership of the solution. The solution can be packaged with or without the WorkApps interface.
To use the WorkApps package, you will need an Enterprise or Premier Smartsheet licence.
