Download the mobile app (there’s an app for that!)
The Attendee Hub — available on the web and as an mobile app — serves as the interactive nerve center of ENGAGE for conference attendees. You can view breakout sessions and customize your schedule, personalize your profile, discover and connect with other attendees, join discussion groups, browse speaker bios, tag along for some extra fun like a scavenger hunt, and more!
Ready to access all of the details right from your pocket? Here’s how to add it to your mobile device:

- Log in with your event credentials
Need help with your mobile app once you’re on site? We’ll be standing by to answer questions at the Information & Registration Desk, located on the Exhibit level.
Pack your bags
Early fall can be beautiful in Seattle, but it’s always a good idea to pack an umbrella or light rain jacket just in case.
Conference attire is business casual, and you may want to dress in layers as the heating and cooling system can be too warm or too chilly for some.

Seattle Convention Center Summit building location
The Summit building is located at 900 Pine Street. The main pedestrian entrance is on the corner of 9th Avenue between Pine Street and Olive Way.
Parking
The entrance to the Summit Garage, open from 5:30 a.m.-8 p.m., is on Olive Way between 9th and Boren at 1009 Olive Way. Read more for information including rates, accessible parking, and more.

Registration and badge pickup
After arriving at the Seattle Convention Center Summit building, head downstairs to the Exhibit level to collect your badge at the registration desk. Pre-conference training registration opens at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 18, while general registration opens at 9 a.m. Here are a few more helpful details about registration:
- To check-in at a kiosk, get ready to scan the unique QR code on the mobile app (click “Check in” in your profile to find the QR code), or simply enter your name.
- A government-issued photo ID is required to pick up your badge.
- All attendees must collect their own badges. Pickup for others is not permitted.
- Badges must be worn at all times when in the Convention Center.

- Monday, Sept. 18, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. (pre-conference training registration opens at 7:30 a.m.)
- Tuesday, Sept. 19, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Wednesday, Sept. 20, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Thursday, Sept. 21, 7:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
Coat and luggage check
Complimentary coat and luggage check is available to attendees on Thursday, Sept. 21, and will remain open during show hours.
Items not picked up will be turned into the SCC security at Arch for overnight security. They can be contacted at (206) 694-5127.

We’ll be exploring this idea in greater detail with a panel hosted by our CMO, Andrew Bennett, in partnership with TIME. We will hear from acclaimed author and speaker, Lisa Bodell, on why driving cultural simplicity can help unlock potential and from, Aly Raisman, Gold Medalist, advocate, author and TIME100 Next Alum, on how to achieve your personal best while contributing to a team.

Food
Breakfast and lunch will be served in the attendee meal hall on the Exhibit level. And, you’ll find plenty of water fountains and bottle refilling stations throughout the building so you can stay hydrated.

Tips for staying safe in the Emerald City
Seattle is a big city. And like most big cities, it's good to be mindful of your surroundings while attending ENGAGE. The City of Seattle is tackling safety along with Visit Seattle, a nonprofit organization that has volunteers helping visitors feel safe while getting around. Removing your conference badge outside of the Convention Center and walking in groups are a couple safety tips from Visit Seattle. Visit Seattle also offers a Safe Walk program for accompanied walks around downtown Seattle. Learn more.
