Users with the Premium Support Package now have access to the new AI tool, get help. With get help, you access an integrated in-app tool that can answer your questions and help you build solutions. Ask the get help AI tool your questions to get unstuck quickly, so you can focus on more valuable tasks.

The get help tool is part of Smartsheet’s support services, designed to provide answers to customer Smartsheet-related queries, empowering users to troubleshoot problems and accelerate the development of your solutions.
Whether you need to understand Smartsheet capabilities, learn how to construct a specific solution, clarify the meaning of a feature, or troubleshoot a formula, get help is here to assist you. Simply pose your Smartsheet-related question, and get help will provide a relevant answer, enabling you to focus your efforts on more crucial tasks.
Get started by clicking the ?* icon in the lower right corner of your Smartsheet window, above your user profile picture, and select “Get help with AI”. Learn More
Feedback on AI tools:
- Your feedback is especially important for features powered by AI. The Smartsheet product team uses aggregate feedback and ratings to improve the feature to deliver better results.
- Use the in-app upvote or downvote to provide feedback on individual responses. Enter additional details into the comment box that appears to help us better understand why it was helpful or not and what you were trying to accomplish.
