With this release, workflow builders and Smartsheet System Administrators can now add users within their plan as workflow managers to Data Shuttle workflows.
Workflow managers (those who have created a workflow or were shared) will be able to archive, delete, restore, run, and edit workflows, as well as add and remove other workflow managers. When an error occurs on a workflow, all workflow managers will be alerted and can take action. Users will be alerted when shared or unshared from a Data Shuttle workflow.
Smartsheet System Admins will continue to see all Data Shuttle workflows in the “My Organization” view in Data Shuttle and can share users to existing workflows. They will be able to archive, pause, delete, or restore workflows. System Admins cannot edit workflows unless they add themselves to the sharing permissions and also become a workflow manager.
Management of workflows can now be shared between users and a workflow can be transferred by sharing with a new user and removing the original user. Changes made by individual workflow managers will be visible in the activity log.
